Lemon against Dandruff
Lemon has an astringent power that helps in eliminating seborrhea and dandruff. Simply rub the lemon peel on the scalp. Massage gently, letting act for half an hour. Wash and rinse normally.
Option 2: Prepare a clay paste and put a few drops of lemon essential oil. Pass on the scalp and leave on for 20 minutes. Wash and rinse normally.
Option 3: Heat the coconut oil until it is liquid, rub on the scalp and massage. Put on a cap to warm up a bit. Let it act for 1 hour. Then apply the pure lemon juice on the scalp, waiting 15 minutes before doing the washing. The heated oil will soften dandruff, and the lemon juice will clean it. In more serious cases this recipe can be repeated every 2 weeks.
A very popular home remedy in the treatment of dandruff is based on apple cider vinegar. To prepare it, you must dilute the apple cider vinegar with the same proportion of water. Put the mixture in a spray and apply to the hair and scalp. Let stand for 40 minutes. Wash and rinse normally.
Aloe Vera (Aloe Vera)
Besides being excellent in strengthening the hair, the aloe vera acts on the scalp by expelling the bacteria and fat deposits that obstruct the hair follicles, is very effective in the treatment of dandruff and seborrhea, which, if not treated in time, will inevitably lead to a fall of hair.
